Our client is bringing their AR/invoicing processes in-house from a third-party provider and requires an experienced contractor to support the transition. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on user acceptance testing (UAT), bill validation, and discrepancy resolution during the migration and go-live phases.
About the Opportunity
UAT Testing & Validation

• Execute comprehensive user acceptance testing for new AR/invoicing system
• Develop and document test cases and scenarios
• Identify, track, and resolve system defects and issues
• Validate data accuracy and system functionality against business requirements
• Coordinate with IT and vendor teams on testing cycles

Bill Validation & Processing

• Review and validate invoicing accuracy and completeness
• Perform detailed reconciliation between old and new systems
