Finance Controller

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join a fast-paced and growing business. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely month-end reporting, maintaining compliance with corporate standards and processes, and supporting the wider Finance function as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting function from daily ledger activities through to annual statutory filings
• Review payroll processes and payroll-related statutory submissions
• Take ownership of the month-end close cycle, ensuring timely reconciliations, reporting, and analysis across all ledgers
• Oversee project accounting and financial control processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 and company policies
• Ensure external reporting compliance in accordance with IFRS standards
