Opportunity Description
The position is the most senior person within Finance, responsible for all the financial matters, reporting to the local CFO . This position is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance to meet corporate headquarters' needs, adhering to all external compliance requirements of the Government, and auditors. Banks in India and ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP, etc
- Ensure completion of yearly group and company audit
- Leading internal controls improvement work by ensuring documentation and adequate processes are in place
- Being the owner of the ERP system Zoho/ Tally, so that data is input into the system 'right' from the beginning in accordance with operational requirements and Indian GAAP
- Lead and prepare regular analytical financial reports and financial statements for the Group for consolidation and reports to local management
