Our client is a leading listed company with HQ in China. With their business expansion, they are looking for a Finance Director to join the team.
The Role
- In charge of the group consolidation and reporting
- Lead the finance team to formulate, implement, and monitor the process of the group's financial statements as well as other regular financial reports
- Prepare reports for business performance announcements, and for the Board of Directors
- Lead the annual audit and review financial disclosures in the annual reports
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
