Finance Enterprise Partner Lead (Santiago)

Purpose

As the FEP Lead, you will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and financial expertise. Your mission is to partner with the business to drive strategic commercial decisions incorporating an end‑to‑end view while simplifying how we operate daily and ensuring that every decision supports the sustainable growth of the company.

In this role, you will lead a team of 5 professionals and report directly to the Finance Manager as their strategic sparring partner while collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
