Finance Executive cum Costing

JOB OBJECTIVE

Responsible for handling of full set of accounts and related job activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• To assist in the monthly closing of G/L, FA, AR & AP.
• To assist in the consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis.
• To ensure submission of accounting reports within timeline set.
• To ensure the balance sheet and accounts are reconciled monthly.
• To monitor collection and ensure collection are up to date with reports.
• To prepare payment to vendors, handle customer billing and issuance of receipt.
• To assist on periodic stock count.
• Responsible for the daily operations and planning of related activities ensuring that the Quality Policy is effectively implemented within all functions in order to achieve the objectives / targets set under the Quality Policy.
