Finance Executive

Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions, financial policies and procedures, budgeting and tax.
. Responsible for monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, annual/ biannual budgets and monthly forecasts.
. Ensure timely invoices / bills registration, financial closing and reporting functions - monthly.
. Prepare monthly management report and highlight the financial performance and financial position of the company to the finance manager's review and action.
. Prepare and process sales POs - following up closely with debtors for sales proceeds.
. Prepare and process monthly payroll & CPF and employee claims.
. Communicate and work with oversee third party partners and corporate office partners.
. To perform any other function and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
. Implement and operate controls to ensure accurate financial reporting
