Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Accounting
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping (primarily on Xero)
- Record and categorize expenses, invoices, and payments
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
Payroll & Compliance
- Process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions and statutory filings
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and tax regulations
Financial Reporting & FP&A
- Prepare monthly P&L statements, cash flow reports, and basic financial dashboards
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide insights on burn rate, runway, and cost optimization
Invoicing & Credit Control
- Generate and send invoices to clients
- Track collections and follow up on outstanding payments
