Finance Executive (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Accounting

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping (primarily on Xero)
• Record and categorize expenses, invoices, and payments
• Manage accounts payable and receivable

Payroll & Compliance

• Process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions and statutory filings
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and tax regulations

Financial Reporting & FP&A

• Prepare monthly P&L statements, cash flow reports, and basic financial dashboards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide insights on burn rate, runway, and cost optimization

Invoicing & Credit Control

• Generate and send invoices to clients
• Track collections and follow up on outstanding payments
