Finance Executive

Responsibilities: We're looking for a Finance Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting& finance function within the company, reporting to the Team Lead. Handle full Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including invoicing, receipt posting, customer statements, and collection follow-up. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and minimize overdue balances. Reconcile AR balances and investigate discrepancies with internal departments and customers. Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status to management. Process credit notes, refunds, and adjustments accurately and timely. Coordinate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment matters Handle insurance-related documentation including issuance of cover notes, policy inclusion, deletion, endorsement, and policy amendments.
