Job Overview
The Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable) is responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounts receivable (AR) functions, including billing, collections, reconciliation, and reporting. The role ensures timely and accurate processing of fees and payments from parents, partners, and clients, while maintaining proper financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Receivable Management Prepare and issue invoices, debit/credit notes, and receipts promptly and accurately. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with relevant parties for timely payment. Maintain up-to-date and accurate AR ledgers, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. Perform monthly reconciliation of AR sub-ledger to the general ledger. Handle fee adjustments, refunds, and billing corrections in accordance with company policy. 2.
