Finance Graduate Hays Non-Qualified Finance are currently recruiting for a Finance Graduate opportunity with a well-established organisation based in Swansea. This role reports into a Management Accountant and plays a key part in supporting the financial performance of a busy operational environment. It offers excellent exposure across core finance activities, with the opportunity to get involved in both day-to-day reporting and wider business improvement initiatives. Key areas of responsibility include: Supporting daily financial reporting and performance analysis, including costs, efficiency, and key operational metrics Assisting with costing and financial analysis, maintaining accurate records and supporting insight generation Contributing to month-end close processes, including journals, accruals, and prepayments Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with wider business teams Carrying out margin and variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportu...
