Finance Head

Overview

• Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cost management, treasury, taxation, and compliance.
• Ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains internal controls, and supports strategic decision-making.
• Manages cash flow, inventory, and cost efficiency, especially within a manufacturing setup.
• Leads the finance team, promotes ethical practices, and acts as a key advisor to senior management on financial planning, investments, and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
