Finance Head

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

· Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

· A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage

· Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting

· At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role

· Preferably with background in manufacturing or food processing industry



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting,

accounting, cost management, treasury, taxation, and compliance. Ensures accurate financial

reporting, maintains internal controls, and supports strategic decision-making. Manages cash

flow, inventory, and cost efficiency, especially within a manufacturing setup. Leads the finance
