RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide day to day financial support to commercial team

Prepare performance reviews and other formal financial packages for management team on monthly and quarterly basis, including sales database, rebate & commission accrual, OI walk, new product sales, STAR analysis etc. 

Work with commercial team and prepare full year OI projection on quarterly basis, including analysis on major changes vs. plan & vs. previous version.

Monitor rebate & commission status and push for timely settlement.
