Overview

We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function within a fast‑growing legal tech / Saa S business.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who wants to step in, take control, and build a best‑in‑class finance function while supporting scale, system improvements, and strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities Finance Ownership & Reporting Full ownership of the finance function end‑to‑end Monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and financial analysis Cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls Systems, Implementation & Transformation Lead finance system optimisation (Xero, Dext and related tools) Drive process improvements and automation across the finance function Support system implementations and finance transformation initiatives Improve reporting efficiency and data visi...
