Finance Manager

Purpose of the role

Manage the Investment Division’s own financial operations: budget management, expense tracking, fee reconciliation across all external managers and custodians, NAV reconciliation for fund investments, and financial reporting to the Group finance department. Also serve as the division’s Addepar operations analyst, managing daily reconciliation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Investment Division’s annual budget (SAR 5.87M): track actual spend vs budget by category, prepare monthly management accounts for the CEO/CIO.
• Reconcile external manager and custodian fees quarterly: compare actual fee debits against contracted fee schedules in IMAs, flag overcharges, and pursue recoveries.
