Finance Manager (Chinese, English and Spanish)

Main Task

1 Oversees the financial strategy of the company or projects in Spain. Helping general manager and directive teams to make financial decisions regarding investment, funding, and financial planning.

2 Manage the financial records and transactions of the project. Taking responsible of accounting and financial reporting and often assist in financial planning and monthly analysis.

3 Communicating with external financial agencies, tax agencies and other institutes. Preparing and analyzing financial reports to give recommendations to the executive team.

4 Identify, analyze, and proactively mitigate financial risks associated with the project.

5 Specialize in estimating material and labor costs. Good at analyzing financial data and provide detailed estimates for materials, labor, and other resources.
