Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Financial planning and management of MBRSG approved budget (operational and capital) per approved policies and procedures.
- Monitor budget and expenditure, ensure compliance with fund disbursement, and submit regular financial reports to senior management covering budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and expenses to assess revenue and expenditure.
- Disseminate and coordinate the approved budget to School Departments to calculate financial, capital and operational projections; submit MBRSG annual budget report and internal management reports.
- Manage MBRSG payrolls.
- Manage debit, credit accounts, and monitor cash flow.
- Manage the general ledger and treasury.
- Review and approve invoices for tuition fees, wages, customer payments, and other charges; organize supplier payments to meet payment terms.
