About the Role
Our client, a Well-Established Food & Beverage Organisation, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance operations for its Malaysia entity. This is a hands-on role suited for a strong accounting professional who enjoys a mix of financial reporting, business partnering, and operational finance in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for driving accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, supporting business decision-making, and partnering closely with operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Month-End Close
Lead the monthly financial close process and preparation of management accounts
Review full sets of accounts including GL, AR, AP, and fixed assets
Analyse cost drivers, variances, and business performance trends
Monitor inventory movement, wastage trends, and operational costs with business teams
