Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L reports, balance sheets and cash flow reports); ensure accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end closing processes; monitor hotel revenues, expenses and profitability.
- Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability; prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts; monitor departmental expenses against budget; support department heads with financial analysis and cost management; identify financial risks and opportunities.
