Finance Manager - Global Electronics Manufacturing

POSITION SUMMARY: Primary role is to ensure high standards of financial control and reporting including management accounts and taxation. Overall responsible for accounting, financial and costing activities of the Company. Job Responsibilities Responsible for management accounting, financial reporting and analysis, costing and other accounting functions. Manage the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting. Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policies. Analyze data for decision making by operational and senior management. Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax and corporate secretarial matters. Drive new financial system implementations and upgrades. Formulate and implement financial policies.
