Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and trustworthy Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, reporting, expense monitoring, and ensuring transparent financial management across all institute activities and projects.
The Finance Manager will work closely with management and administration to maintain financial accountability and support the institute’s goals and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the institute’s financial operations and accounting systems
Prepare and monitor budgets and financial plans
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Monitor expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Coordinate audits and maintain financial documentation
Manage payroll, vendor payments, and banking activities
