Description
We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of the company’s finance function. As the key finance owner in the company, the Finance Manager manages the finance function end-to-end. The Finance Manager works closely with the CEO on financial planning, cashflow management, forecasting, reporting, and accounting.
The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong finance fundamentals with business acumen, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare and manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Develop and maintain:
P&L forecasts
Cashflow projections
Budget vs actual reporting
Financial dashboards and KPI reporting
Support scenario planning and financial modelling for business decisions
Business Planning
Advise the CEO with financial analysis and business insights
