Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting - Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations for Underwater World Langkawi, including timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in line with Group requirements.
Budgeting, Forecasting and Planning - Lead the annual budget and periodic forecasting process and provide variance analysis, financial models and planning support for operations and capital expenditure.
Internal Controls, Governance and Compliance - Establish, maintain and improve financial controls, policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit and Group requirements.
Cash Flow and Working Capital Management - Manage cash flow, banking matters, receivables, payables fixed assets and capital expenditure controls to support operational continuity and financial discipline.
