General Duties and Responsibilities:

Overall in charge of, and accountable for the following processes, reports, standards, systems, and policies:

I. Accounting, Financial Processes, Reports, and Administration

● Maintain records in accordance with the company’s operating policies and standard procedures, and in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.

● Submit timely, complete, and accurate cash position reports.

● Create accurate reimbursements and disbursements, with the corresponding reports, in accordance with the company’s standards and policies.

● Timely, complete, and accurate accounts reconciliation.

● Prepare and audit financial statements and reports to assess the growth and profitability of BWNT.

● Present relevant insights and recommendations based on accounting, audit, and financial reports.
