Finance Manager

The Finance Manager – General Accounting is responsible for overseeing the organization’s general accounting operations and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role leads the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; manages the integrity of the general ledger; reviews journal entries and account reconciliations; and ensures financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS. The Finance Manager supports internal and external audits, maintains strong internal controls, and ensures compliance with regulatory and corporate policies. In addition, the role supervises and develops accounting staff, allocates workload, reviews performance, and fosters a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
