The Department Finance Manager reports to the Department
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), and is a strategic leadership position in
the Department, critical to the development and implementation of the
Department's short- and long-range strategic plans and direction. The Finance
Manager manages all fund groups within the department including Clinical
Revenue, Contracts and Grants, Sales and Service, Gifts and Endowments, and
Other Funds.
Salary
Range: $95,400 - $208,300 Annually
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
+ 5 plus years of progressive experience in financial management roles.
+ 5 plus years of experience managing a finance department.
+ Fund accounting experience
+ Strong knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, including basic framework of the P&L, Balance
+ Sheet and Cash Flow.
