Opportunity Description
Pro Resources is seeking a Finance Manager for a client in Rochester, IN. The Finance Manager serves as the financial leader within the organization, reporting directly to the CEO, and is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards, and supporting strategic business decision-making. This role leverages NetSuite ERP to manage and analyze financial performance while leading the accounting and transactional finance team. The Finance Manager will oversee the finance and accounting teams, drive process improvements, maintain internal controls, and provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership.
Shift and Compensation
- Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
- Compensation is from 75,000 USD to 95,000 USD per year
