Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager responsible for supporting financial consolidation, treasury management, tax compliance, and governance activities. The role ensures adherence to local regulatory requirements and Head Office policies. This position will work closely with the Division Finance Manager to support regional finance operations and strengthen financial governance across the Group.

Reports To: Division Finance Manager

• Lead the preparation and review of regional consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS/GAAP, local statutory requirements across the region, and Head Office reporting policies (aligned with Japan GAAP).
• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance liquidity management, centralize cash positions, and improve capital efficiency.
