Finance Mannager (SGX Catalist/ Financial Report)

We are looking for a sharp and commercially minded Financial Manager to lead our financial management function. Beyond managing the numbers, you will play a strategic role in shaping the company's financial direction — driving capital structure decisions, managing banking relationships, and supporting corporate growth initiatives including M&A and restructuring. This role is suited to a proactive finance leader with SGX-listed company experience who can operate confidently at both operational and boardroom level.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of end-to-end financial operations, spanning reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reports in line with SGX listing requirements and applicable accounting standards
