Finance Officer

Qualifications



Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountant, Business Administration. Management Accounting, Finance or equivalent

At least 1-year working experience in the related field is required for this position

Highly organized and detail-oriented





Duties and Responsibilities



1. Work in collaboration with the external accounting firm

2. Accomplish BIR and government returns and mandatories

3. Work closely with the Founder and CEO

4. Enter all income and expenditure transactions into the template and software

5. Reconcile all bank, controls, and other accounts

6. Contribute to the preparation of annual organizational and project budgets

7. Contribute to the preparation of monthly income and expenditure statements

8. Prepare budget comparison and cash flow reports

9. Prepare and enter journal entries and adjustments into the template and software
