Finance Officer

Looking for a meticulous and organised individual to support backend finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies
Process refunds and payments to external parties
Assist with journal adjustments and financial data preparation
Support procurement and administrative duties
Maintain proper filing of finance documents and records
Assist in clearing backlog cases and other assigned duties

Requirements
Diploma in Accountancy or relevant working experience
Fresh graduates with any diploma and comfortable working with numbers are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Able to work independently and as part of a team
