Zurich North America is currently looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to join the Finance Operations team in our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL. As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the Cash processing team, including automation, receivable results and related customer service. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of insurance and have strong analytic and interpersonal skills, in order to guide the team to the expected service levels, follow defined procedures, and partner with internal colleagues.
Responsibilities for this role:
+ Meet regularly with team to discuss progress towards objectives
+ Serve as subject matter expert on cash processing
+ Support our control environment
+ Conduct quality audits on vendor performance
+ Approve daily ACH draws
+ Investigate and report automation errors
