Finance operations business partner

5+ years’ experience in finance operations, commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering. Proven experience supporting operational teams with financial insights and recommendations. Experience in food & beverage, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain environments preferred. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience managing inventory controls, stock analysis, and cost of goods sold (COGS). Knowledge of financial compliance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
