Finance Process Intelligence Manager

Key Responsibilities
Direct and guide the process intelligence plan for Finance, aligned with enterprise AI, automation, and transformation roadmaps
Establish end-to-end process visibility across core Finance value streams (Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report)
Promote adoption, governance, and value realization of process intelligence platforms (Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath)
Translate process insights into a prioritized pipeline of actions, including automation, agentic use cases, re-engineering, and control improvements
Partner with Finance, AI/Automation, and IT teams to convert insights into delivered and measured business value
Define and standardize process critical metrics, benchmarks, and executive dashboards for leadership and SteerCo reporting
Enable self-service process intelligence through data products, playbooks, and training to scale adoption across Finance
