Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Managing cash flow planning and fund utilization
- Financial analysis and profitability monitoring
- Coordination with banks, auditors, consultants, and financial institutions
- Preparation of financial models and management presentations
- Supporting strategic business and investment decisions
- Monitoring compliance and financial documentation processes
Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Finance from reputed IIMs (Preference for Non IIM A/B/C candidates)
- 3 7 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Prior exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or related sectors preferred
