Finance Senior Team Lead

The role leads the Intercompany (IC) Accounting team particularly AR/AP Settlements within Vestas' Record to Report Finance function at the Manila Shared Service Center. It involves supporting the transition of ICO activities and improving the ICO Settlements process.

The position requires an experienced finance professional that worked in a leadership position in GBS or shared services organizations showing a combination of solid operational finance understanding, transformation experience and leadership skills that can improve the ICO team’s performance.

The role will be under the Finance team of Vestas Shared Service Center. Intercompany team will be reporting to the Head of Record to Report that will support Vestas globally while the senior team lead will report to a manager leading both Intercompany and Fixed Asset teams.
