Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports (cost center tracking, budget vs. actual, variance analysis)
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost monitoring activities
• Ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting data (PEZA, BOI, BIR, etc.)
• Maintain cost-per-FTE, service costing, and financial documentation
• Perform financial reconciliations and validate payroll/allocation entries
• Support internal controls, SOP documentation, and audit readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• 3+ years in finance, controlling, or accounting
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS is an advantage
