Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports (cost center tracking, budget vs. actual, variance analysis)
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost monitoring activities
- Ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting data (PEZA, BOI, BIR, etc.)
- Maintain cost-per-FTE, service costing, and financial documentation
- Perform financial reconciliations and validate payroll/allocation entries
- Support internal controls, SOP documentation, and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- CPA is an advantage but not required
- 3+ years in finance, controlling, or accounting
- Experience in Shared Services/GBS is an advantage
