Job Title: Finance Supervisor, DSX GMSA
Hybrid: Work on‑site 3 times a week (Tue–Thu).
Reporting to: Finance Manager – Digital Services & Experience – International, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team of GM employees and contingent workers responsible for P&L management, billing flows, and the e‑commerce and payments environment.
• Lead people‑management activities including conflict resolution, relationship building, team development, time management, prioritization, and ambiguity management.
• Lead the OnStar Financials 2.0 project focused on automation, forecast remodeling, and data visualization.
• Lead GMSA DSX strategy for the OnStar offering, including free trial period, Digital RPO, subscription offering, and alignment with commercial and product teams on pricing strategies.
