I am delighted to be partnering with a leading law firm to assist in the recruitment of a Finance Systems Manager—a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the firm's finance systems. This position involves leading a team of six to support the Finance and Risk departments, ensuring the integrity of systems and managing core data structures. The Finance Systems Manager will also focus on streamlining processes, improving data accuracy, and identifying system changes and new features in collaboration with key stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include participating in IT change control processes, working closely with suppliers and external consultants, and ensuring compliance with SRA rules and internal accounting policies. The role also supports the Director of Finance and wider team with ad hoc requests and contributes to routine project work related to system developments and upgrades.
