Finance Systems Team Lead

The Role

Youll report directly to the Head of Systems Operations and play a critical role in providing world class service in support of the achievement of MAG business objectives. Youll lead by example across the team, providing mentoring and coaching as well as being a point of escalation for the Finance, BW and Procurement SMEs. Youll collaborate with Product Owners, Business Partners and across the wider Systems Operations team to provide service delivery in accordance with SLAs, and will also triage incidents and service requests. Youll drive the continual improvement in the level of service looking for improvements, efficiencies and adding value to our colleagues and customers.
