Opportunity Description
Job Description:
- Take full responsibility for the accounting function, ensuring accuracy across the general ledger and all reconciliations
- Drive the month-end close process and compile comprehensive financial reports for management review
- Manage the payroll cycle, ensuring all statutory requirements and reporting deadlines are met
- Maintain and monitor the fixed asset register, including capital expenditure tracking and depreciation calculations
- Oversee debtor and creditor functions while supporting effective cash flow management
- Ensure adherence to all applicable financial regulations, including IFRS and tax compliance
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, providing input to support strategic planning
- Prepare supporting documentation for audits and liaise with external auditors as required
