Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare detailed balance sheet schedules and maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- Manage payroll accounting, including the calculation of employee provisions, accruals, and End-of-Service benefits
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local labor laws, and internal accounting policies
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and support internal and external audits
- Oversee expense management tools and ensure accurate reconciliation of employee expenses
- Utilize ERP systems to manage financial dimensions and cost allocations
- Professional certification such as ACCA or CA is required
