Our client, a leader in higher education, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Financial Aid Call Representative to join their team. As a Financial Aid Call Representative, you will be an essential part of the Financial Aid department supporting students and families through their financial aid journey. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this supportive environment.

Location: New York, NY 10003

Pay Range: $28-32hr

Duration: 4 months (January 26th 2026 thru May 8th 2026)

Monday - Friday except holidays, 9:45am - 4:15pm (6.5 hours minus 1 hour lunch=5.5 hours per day)
