Responsibilities

• Performing analyses of general ledger accounts
• Participating in month-end closing and preparing financial statements
• Preparing entries for accrued expenses and prepaid expenses
• Monitoring work in progress
• Depreciation and amortisation
• Comparing budgeted vs. actual figures
• Project analysis
• Other related duties

Qualifications

• Construction experience (an asset)
• CPA designation
• High level of attention to detail and thoroughness
• Proficiency with software and Excel
