Qualifications Matric / Senior Certificate Relevant Financial Tertiary Qualification Requirements 3-5 Years experience in financial management, debtors, creditors, payroll, audits, and managing HR issues. Responsibilities General ledger. Produce monthly financial accounts/reports. Forecasting & cashflow management Prepare for annual financial audit including management of stock counts. Produce stock variance report and resolve variances. Maintain tax compliance. Bank reconciliations. Manage month end process (Debtors, creditors, statutory payments) Annual BBBEE audit – preparation and submission in conjunction with consultant Monthly payroll is contracted out but preparation thereof to be handled. Stock reporting Managing & tracking landed cost of imported goods Review existing policies and procedures Manage HR issues in conjunction with service providers when necessary Office management Manage the IT service provider Manage & monitor costs & finances of projects Some PA work for MD. #...
