Join Servus Credit Union as a full-time Financial Associate in Olds. Enhance member experiences by facilitating banking transactions and engaging in meaningful financial dialogues.
You will be a vital part of the Olds Branch team, directly reporting to the Branch Manager. Your role focuses on daily banking responsibilities while supporting Financial Advisors and addressing member needs. Drive new memberships and strengthen existing relationships to enrich the financial wellbeing of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing documents for financial meetings
• Collect and document member information efficiently
• Review personal accounts for accuracy and improvements
• Open and manage new member accounts
