Financial Controller - F1 Financial Regulations (Geneva - Switzerland)

Missions and Responsibilities

• Compliance Monitoring Activity
  • Analyse and audit the financial submission of F1 Teams to ensure compliance with the FIA Financial Regulations – F1 Teams
  • Carry‑out in‑depth reviews of financial data (benchmarking, trend analysis, ratio analysis, etc.) to identify risks and inconsistencies
  • Conduct on‑site audits and support the relationship with F1 Teams finance departments
  • Cooperate with FIA financial advisors on ad‑hoc analyses
  • Work on investigations in cases of suspected breaches of the FIA F1 Financial Regulations – F1 Teams
• Development of F1 Financial Regulations Documentation Framework
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the FIA’s financial documentation and submission processes
  • Work with the FIA IT team and external consultants to enhance reporting tools and submission platforms
