Financial Controller - FP&A & Consolidation

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Financial Controller - FP&A & Consolidation to join our growing international company and play a key role in leading and optimizing our finance operations.

This position combines financial controlling, accounting, consolidation, reporting, and team management responsibilities. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, and working closely with top management and external financial advisors, you will contribute to both the operational and strategic development of the finance function.

We are looking for someone analytical, adaptable, and business-oriented, with a hands‑on mindset and the ability to work both strategically and operationally in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
