The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency operating in a high-risk vertical within the digital economy. We run a portfolio of around 20 brands and generate just shy of seven figures in revenue every month. We have grown fast, and the finance side of the business has not kept pace.
This is not a statutory accounting or tax role. We already have an accountant and a tax advisor who handle compliance, tax and jurisdiction. This is an operational, management finance role. You exist to tell two non-finance founders, in plain English, whether we are making money, where it is coming from, where it is leaking, and where to act first.
Right now there is no consistent management accounting, no monthly P&L we trust, and our costs are scattered across different payment processors and people's heads. You would be our first real finance hire, walking into a messy starting point. The job is to turn that into something ...
